The Lake of the Pines real estate market is heating up as we head into spring! February brought a strong seller’s market, with fewer homes available and a noticeable jump in buyer activity. In fact, home sales increased dramatically compared to both last year and last month, showing that buyers are still eager to secure a home in our beautiful community.

One of the biggest stories this month is inventory. The number of homes for sale is significantly lower than it was a year ago, meaning buyers have fewer options to choose from.
